I had an excellent experience with Mansell Mctaggart. I needed to sell a house remotely so needed an agent who would do everything for me and Sam and Harry really looked after me. Sam was extremely proactive and lined up a large amount of viewings in the first week. The house was under offer in 7 days. I also had a particular issue in that I needed a garage to sort out a broken down car in the driveway. Harry sorted out a garage which picked up the car and had it sorted. Fantastic service which goes way beyond a regular estate agent. Highly recommended in a difficult property market.

Recently rented with Mansell McTaggart and was helped through the whole process by Wendy. Wendy was really on the ball, responding to emails and keeping me up to date with everything. Wendy has been so professional but also really warm and friendly. The turn around time from old tenants for me to move in was so quick and the keys were ready to collect the day before making the transition really is. I am relocating to Hove from outside the area. I made contact with Harry here who was extremely helpful. As I was travelling down to view properties and timetables moved around he was able to work a schedule to view a range of different types in different locations which was very helpful. He was highly professional and friendly and full of local knowledge. The Street app was also a bonus as I was able to leave feedback and see the viewings and properties very easily. I am using an agent to sell with this system and having been on both sides it is excellent. A very professional and friendly agent with good systems for managing workflow. Harry is an asset to this organisation.
