Experience of 2 former moves taught us to expect nothing but frustration and strain and rudeness. Conversely the team at Mansell and McTaggart ,Jo ,Greg and Mark have a terrific set of managing skills as too they are extremely personable people. We were recommended a Conveyancing team on asking and this relationship worked very effectively too . The house sold and completed in approx 13 weeks, another bonus. Our circumstances were incredibly sensitive ( family breakdown and separation). From day 1 Greg was clear when communication to myself as too supportive if required. Photography of the house was outstanding. The market being dreadful for sellers was managed on a weekly basis . Making sure each week time wasn’t wasted.Being prepared for what buyers look for online and the competition in Storrington was beneficial as helped review likely price range. Greg and Jo assisted us to make sense of multiple forms ,Land registry ,questions asked by the buyers solicitor etc , they even printed and scanned for us. We had consistent updates,prompt responses and never had to chase. We experienced seamless coordination . The transparency: “clear costs, no surprises, honest advice were massively appreciated. Mark the IT chief helped behind the scenes and always handed over communications promptly eg viewings feedback + when the solicitor needed my attention and their email hadn’t been seen by me ,Mark called . What a team. Xxx

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to the Mansell McTaggart team – a particularly big thanks to Greg who was so incredibly helpful. From our very first viewing of the property until the moment we received the keys, the team were on hand to answer any questions we had. Their communication is excellent, we never struggled to get hold of them and received prompt responses throughout, with regular check ins both via emails and telephone calls. Greg provided us with answers to the many questions that we had on the process and was the calm voice of reason through some stressful times (despite this being no fault of Mansell’s!) It is very clear that the team are genuinely passionate about what they do and want to making the moving process as seamless and stress free as possible. This is something we really did appreciate. I would highly recommend selling or buying a property from them because they genuinely go the extra mile. Greg is an absolute asset to the team. Thank you so much!!
