My wife and I approached Michael at MM Cuckfield in January 2024 with a view to marketing our property. From the very start they were very responsive and professional, and the house was soon on the market. Due to the time of year and market conditions we received little interest, but MM were positive and following a price revision we received an acceptable offer. Unfortunately, the proposed purchaser decided to pull out at the last minute and MM were there again, relaunching the property with new photographs to reflect the change of season. Finally, an offer from a new purchaser was accepted. Again, the process was interrupted because their buyer dropped out at the last minute. MM encouraged our purchaser to re-market their property, all the while keeping us up to date with progress. Finally, new purchasers came forward and the sale was completed in late December 2024. Thanks to the tenacity and hard work of Michael and his team we ended up with the best Christmas present that we could have wished for.
